Itineraries: Time 2 Plan Ireland will provide itineraries with information which is current at the time of writing. Time 2 Plan Ireland is not responsible for any changes to admission times or charges nor the unavailability or closure of any sight, accommodation, route or other detailed item not under the direct control of Time 2 Plan Ireland.

 

Accommodation: Any tour which requires accommodation must be booked no less than 30 days before the commencement date of the tour. Where accommodation has been booked by Time 2 Plan Ireland cancellation of such accommodation may be made if prearranged payment dates are not met and adhered to.  Time 2 Plan Ireland will not be responsible for cancellation of accommodation for reasons which are beyond the control of Time 2 Plan Ireland or due to late payment. Time 2 Plan Ireland may where necessary change a given accommodation to one of equivalent value and status within a reasonable area of  any previously given accommodation. 

 

Escorted Tours: Time 2 Plan Ireland will provide those visitors choosing an escorted tour with a personal guide/escort. The guide will also act as an escort for the duration of the tour. At designated attractions the guide will pass over to the appointed guide at the designated attractions. It should be noted that some attractions are self guided and each visitor will be expected to self guide within these attractions as required. The guide/escort will not normally enter the attraction but will wait outside for the visitors to return to the vehicle at a designated time. The guide is allocated to the visitors for eight hours per day (which includes one hour designated within the day for lunch). For the purposes of health and safety the guide/escort unless in exceptional circumstances will not undertake tasks beyond these hours. Hours are defined as a period from the commencement of the tour to the conclusion of the tour for that day. Time 2 Plan Ireland considers the safety of its visitors and staff of paramount importance. The guide/escort will at all times obey the given rules written or unwritten of each location, it is also expected that anyone joining a tour does the same. Each escorted tour will commence between 8.30am and 10am each days and run for 8 hours from start. In some circumstances the tour can start at an earlier or later time but the reasons for the change should be brought to the attention of Time 2 Plan Ireland as soon as possible.

 

Transport to/from Ireland: Time 2 Plan Ireland offers an Ireland based “On the ground only” service and therefore is not responsible for passenger travel into or out of the state of Ireland.  Time 2 plan Ireland will not be responsible for any delays, cancellations or other hindrance of passage to or from a given location in Ireland due to the action of other parties.

 

Insurance: Time 2 Plan Ireland is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or loss a client incurs arising from acts or omissions by any organisation beyond the direct control of Time 2 Plan Ireland or due to any cause deemed to be an accident, act of war or or act of god. Time 2 Plan Ireland accepts no responsibility for cancellations of or interruptions to a tour due to delay or changes in schedules, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, mechanical breakdowns, the actions of any government, weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond its control or for expenses or losses incurred as a result of any such circumstances.

 

To guard against any & all unforeseen circumstances, we recommend

that clients purchase a travel insurance plan before they travel to Ireland.

 

Payments. Time 2 plan Ireland is not equipped to take payment by credit or debit card.  for the purpose of security both on the part of Time 2 Plan Ireland & its clientele invoices will be raised and payments accepted using Paypal.

• Itineraries to be paid for in full on completion

• Products to be paid for in full on purchase or as specified

• Tours and Accommodation deposit on booking – €50 or 10% of full costs

• Tours and Accommodation 14 days before arrival – 50% of full costs

• Tours and Accommodation 7 days before arrival – 100% of full costs

 

Tours & accommodation cancellation charges policy –

• Up to 28 days before arrival – 10% or €100 minimum fee.

• Up to 21 days before arrival – 25% of full costs

• Up to 14 days before arrival – 50% of full costs

• Up to 7 days before arrival – 75% of full costs

• Up to 2 days before arrival – 100% of full costs
